Privacy Policy

Overview
CropFlow is built by Palm Labs ("we," "us," "our"). We respect your privacy and designed CropFlow to keep your data under your control. This policy explains what data CropFlow collects, how it's used, and your rights.
Data We Collect
CropFlow does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data to Palm Labs or any third party.
All data you create in CropFlow — fields, watering logs, photos, and settings — is stored locally on your device and, if you choose, synced via your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework.
iCloud Sync
If you have iCloud enabled, CropFlow uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices and to enable field sharing with other users you invite. This data is stored in your private iCloud container and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Weather Data
CropFlow uses Apple WeatherKit to provide weather forecasts and rain alerts. To do this, your device's approximate location is sent to Apple's weather service. This location data is not sent to Palm Labs or any other third party. See Apple's privacy policy for details on how WeatherKit handles location data.
Analytics & Tracking
CropFlow does not include any analytics SDKs, ad networks, or tracking tools. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any other activity within the app.
Photos
If you attach a photo to a watering log, the image is saved locally on your device and synced through your private iCloud account, the same way other field data is handled. Photos are not uploaded to Palm Labs servers, never leave your iCloud account, and are not used for any other purpose.
Subscriptions
CropFlow Pro is sold as an in-app subscription through Apple's App Store. Payment, billing, and subscription status are managed by Apple — we do not see your payment method or billing details. We receive only a receipt confirming whether you have an active subscription, used to unlock Pro features in the app.
Notifications
CropFlow may send local notifications to remind you about upcoming watering schedules. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are not sent through any external server.
Data Deletion
Since all data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account, you can delete all CropFlow data at any time by deleting the app. To remove iCloud data, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > CropFlow.
Children's Privacy
CropFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CropFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
